Welcome!

Welcome to my webpage.  I am a travel Match-Maker: I match travellers with their perfect holiday, and this has been my full-time passion since 2005.  I am an avid traveller myself and love learning everything that goes along with it--as well as the research involved in planning the perfect trip.  With the training and personal experience I have, I will always take the time to match clients with their best vacation. I never turn down an opportunity to travel--for work or pleasure--so you can be assured that I practice what I preach!

While I sell every form of travel, I specialize in destination weddings, all-inclusives, and cruises.  I have stayed at or toured over 100 all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, the Riviera Maya, Cabo San Lucas, and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, as well as Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and Varadero Cuba.

I took my first cruise in 2003 and have been on over 35 cruises since!  I've cruised Hawaii, Tahiti, Mexico, the Mediterranean, all areas of the Caribbean, the Panama Canal, Alaska, the Pacific Coast, and the Transatlantic.

I have successfully completed CLIA's Elite and Luxury Cruise Counsellor designations.  I've completed the Princess & Cunard Academies and earned 2 free cruises for my "Commodore" graduation rewards.  I have also completed the training with Regent Seven Seas, Paul Gauguin, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Crystal, Holland America, Carnival, NCL, Uniworld, Avalon, Viking, UnCruise Adventures, and Intrepid Travel.  In addition, I am a Tahiti, Magic of Mexico, Hawaii and Disney specialist.

If you're looking for port suggestions and information, I have recommendations for fun things to do while visiting different ports.  Here are just some of my favorites:
Hawaii:  Maui - the road to Hana and the Seven Pools;  Kauai - Waimea Canyon & Wailua river.
Alaska:  Skagway - White Pass & Yukon Railroad trip; Junueau - Whale Watching.
Mediterranean:  Dubrovnik - walk the ramparts of this Ancient walled city;  Cannes - take the train to beautiful Monte Carlo;  Barcelona - visit la Sagrada Familia (under construction 100+ years & still unfinished).
Caribbean:  Aruba - the Master Blaster boat ride; Barbados - snorkel among the shipwrecks at Carlisle Bay; Dominica - the Canopy Adventure; Tortola - take a ferry to the spectacular Baths on Virgin Gorda; San Juan - kayak the Bio-Luminescent Bay if visiting at night; St. Lucia - Caribbean Pirates Extravaganza for a fun family pirate-ship excursion; St. Maarten - a Rhino Riders boat tour; St. Thomas - Sapphire beach.
South Pacific:  For the experience of a lifetime, stay in an over-water bungalow on the island of Moorea, and take an excursion to swim with sharks and stingrays.
Punta Arenas Costa Rica - take a crocodile safari for an exciting and interesting experience.
Feel free to give me a call if you'd like more suggestions!

I've personally had a few experiences that reaffirm my belief in travel insurance.  On 1 occasion we were flying to Florida on a red-eye, before catching a ship to the Caribbean at 7pm the following day.  Our flight was delayed 2 hours, causing us to miss our connection in Dallas.  We were forced to wait standby for 5 hours on 4 different flights but still could not get on a plane to Florida.  A combination of President's Day long weekend, Daytona Race weekend, and a snow storm the day before causing Jet Blue to cancel hundreds of flights, left thousands of travellers just as stranded as we were.  Eventually, we realized our only option was to fly to San Juan (the first port) and get on the ship when it arrived there 3 days later.  The airline (who shall remain nameless) offered no compensation.  Luckily we had travel insurance and were compensated for the 3 nights' food and hotel in San Juan, as well as the 3 missed days of our cruise.  We had a great time in San Juan so it all worked out, but the story would have been different if we'd been on the hook for the extra $1400.

Then in April of 2010, I had another claim when the Icelandic volcano forced us to divert our flights and spend a night in NYC on our return from Europe!  I never travel without insurance and highly recommend my clients do the same.

Thanks for checking out my website and happy travels.
