I helped a colleague last week while he was away on vacation. I agreed to look after his clients while he was away, and he will probably return the favour for me some day. 

He had a group of 5 couples heading to an All-Inclusive in the DR. They were looking forward to a week away together, and not seeing any snow for a few days.
